~Thank you for your interest and talent~

We hope to hire experienced employees who require very little, if any, training.  But this dream is not reality.

Our organization chooses to meet the needs of today and prepare the workforce of the future.  One of our solutions is to develop a quality internship program.

Auction Results LLC is a small family owned auction technology company looking for assistance building the creative content of our publishing network.  We are quickly growing and also seeking motivated employees with management potential.

Internships promote academic, career and/or personal development.  An internship is any carefully monitored work or service experience in which a student has intentional learning goals and reflects actively on what she or he is learning throughout the experience.*

Our Internship Characteristics include flexibility, education and value.

Integrity:  We wouldn’t ask you to do something we haven’t done ourselves already.  We will be loyal to our associates and hope to inspire the same good feeling that comes with working with decent people.

Duration:  Internships last anywhere from a month to two years, but the typical experience usually is from three to six months. Generally a one-time experience.  We prefer our interns stay as long as they like, but eventually every Intern is ready to move towards the next step, which may be contract employment with us and/or referral to the following phase in their career.  Each applicant commits the amount of time they can contribute in writing at the beginning of their program.

Education:  Depending upon the scholastic needs of each applicant, internships may be associated with an educational program and carefully monitored and evaluated for academic credit, or, our internships can be part of a learning plan that individually develops someone.

Employment:  Each applicant if approved may be considered for future paid employment and/or contract work based on their abilities to work with others and professionally complete the tasks at hand.

Insurance:  Each individual is responsible for their own health and liability insurance.  We do not provide health insurance to our interns or contractors.  If you need assistance with health care or liability insurance please contact your supervisor privately via email.

Financial Compensation:  Our internships are always part-time and generally non-paid.  Exceptions can be made based on a per individual project and exceptional result basis.  Clients pay us for exceptional results.  If you responsibly contribute to those exceptional results directly, you will be financially compensated with project incentives.

Incentive:  With us you can sharpen your skills and hone your craft in the professional world.  We have access to locations, events, inventory, teaching and technology.  For the right minded individuals, the multi-trillion dollar auction industry is a land of financial opportunity.  We have sold gold, diamonds, real estate, cars, boats, planes, designer purses, artwork, memorabilia, historical items, religious artifacts, fine wines, aged cognacs, dusty antiques, first editions, rare unusual oddities, celebrity adventures, intellectual property and even thin air.  At Auction Results LLC we have fun helping others and that certainly includes you and your family as well as the clients we serve.

Approved Costs:  Auction Results LLC covers the approved costs of each assigned task.  Examples of approved costs are transportation, supplies, software, hardware, clothing, lodging when traveling..

Work Environment:  Your physical home location and job type will partially determine your work surroundings. Individuals will either work remotely, on-site, or at an accessible location.  Creative Writers and Graphic Designers can work remotely.  Photographers and Event Planners will work on location which may range from residential/commercial settings to red carpet ballroom events.  Those Interns located in New York City can operate in our 100 Park Ave office M-F 9-5 EST on the 16th Floor next to Grand Central Station.
